Since Astley Media was formed 10 years ago, we have placed dynamism, forward-thinking and creativity at the centre of our operations.
We’re all about getting close to clients, understanding what motivates them and channeling the great work they do into great stories to tell.
That means being bold. It means being open to new ways of thinking, and discovering possibilities.
With that in mind, we wanted to reshape our brand identity to better reflect our way of working.
In recent years we have also pivoted slightly in our work, and while continuing to work with a diverse range of clients we have become increasingly focussed on tech firms and cutting-edge science. We believe the South West is one of the best places in the UK to do tech right now, and from Penzance to Bristol there are great stories waiting to be told. We work closely with pioneering organisations such as Jurassic Fibre and Plymouth Science Park to help tell the story of tech in the South West.
Central to this aspect of our work is our collaboration with Tech South West, which was co-founded by our Managing Director Dan Pritchard. 2020 saw Astley Media host the Tech South West Awards night virtually for the very first time, bringing together over 200 people from across the region’s tech sector to award their achievements and efforts. The success of the event has encouraged us to run more events across digital platforms as industries move increasingly towards digital and hybrid modes of working, communicating and hosting events.
